SAUNAWELT is seeking experienced Sauna Crew members to join our team. This position is best suited for applicants with 2+ years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, wellness, spa environments, or premium retail. As Sauna Crew, you will be the face of our sauna house, setting the tone for a warm, welcoming, and elevated guest experience.
SAUNA CREW ASSOCIATE
SAUNAWELT is hiring Sauna Crew Associates for those looking to start a career in wellness and hospitality. No prior customer service or sauna experience is required—this position is for motivated individuals eager to learn sauna operations and wellness hospitality. As a Sauna Crew Associate, you’ll play an important role in creating a memorable guest experience.
