SAUNA CREW ASSOCIATE Job Description

SAUNAWELT is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sauna Crew Associates to join our team. As a Sauna Crew Associate, you will play a foundational role in creating a serene and memorable guest experience.

WHO WE ARE

Saunawelt is a European-style sauna house launching in Winter 2026 with a mission to promote well-being and foster a sense of community through the timeless traditions of sauna culture. Our beautifully designed sauna house, inspired by elements of our natural surroundings, cultivates an inclusive environment where the community comes together to inspire moments of reflection, rejuvenation, and connection.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Sauna Crew Associate role is an excellent opportunity for individuals of any age who are eager to learn and grow in the wellness industry but have no previous customer service, wellness, or hospitality experience. This position focuses on mastering the essential behind-the-scenes operations and facility maintenance that form the foundation of our guest experience. Under the guidance of our experienced staff, the Sauna Crew Associate will initially focus on back-of-house tasks, with opportunities to be trained for more direct guest interaction as they gain experience and proficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a go-getter with a solid work ethic and a passion for wellness. You thrive on getting things done, embracing a hands-on role where you can master back-of-house operations and support guest experiences. You're a proactive team member with a sharp eye for detail, able to work independently and keep a cool head under pressure.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 16 years old.

  • No prior experience is required; we are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to learn and operate electronic systems and programmes.

  • Preference for CPR and/or other first aid training/certification.

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods 

  • Move, pull, carry, and lift to 30 lbs 

  • Squat, kneel, bend over, reach, climb, stand 

  • Able to withstand extreme temperature variations (sauna, cool mist)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Job Type:  Non-exempt.  Full-time and part-time positions available
