SAUNAWELT is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sauna Crew members to join our team. As Sauna Crew, you will be the face of our sauna facilities, setting the tone for a warm and inviting atmosphere.
WHO WE ARE
Saunawelt is a European-style sauna house launching in Winter 2026 with a mission to promote well-being and foster a sense of community through the timeless traditions of sauna culture. Our beautifully designed sauna house, inspired by elements of our natural surroundings, cultivates an inclusive environment where the community comes together to inspire moments of reflection, rejuvenation, and connection.

Individuals who are passionate about wellness, community, and hospitality. The Sauna Crew role is suited to someone with exceptional customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail who can work quickly and efficiently with little supervision.

You are a natural host and a meticulous curator of the Saunawelt experience. You have a passion for both people and pristine spaces, effortlessly blending hospitality with operational excellence. You are the calming presence that greets guests, guiding them on their wellness journey and ensuring their comfort and safety. You are also a behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring our saunas are immaculate, our linens are fresh, and our rituals are prepared to perfection. As a trusted brand ambassador, you confidently share your knowledge of our offerings, handle sales, and manage administrative tasks with ease. You are a team player who takes pride in your work, dedicated to creating a memorable and serene environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18+ years old.
-
2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, teaching, or retail in roles requiring direct interaction with the public and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities (preference for experience in a spa or premium guest service setting).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience using a combination of Google Workspace, web-based retail and booking systems, MS Office, or other relevant computer programmes.

Proficiency in or ability to learn facility maintenance, cleaning tasks, or general upkeep (e.g., using commercial washers/dryers, cleaning products, etc.).

Preference for CPR and/or other first aid training/certification.

Ability to work in a demanding customer service environment and remain calm under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.

Willing to work across multiple disciplines and in a close team environment.

Reliable—attendance will be strictly enforced.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Able to withstand extreme temperature variations (sauna, cool mist)
