Join us for a seasonal sauna ritual inspired by Finnish sauna and nature-based wellness traditions.

We’ll begin together at the table, where each guest will create an Autumn Herbal Massage Ball from a seasonal selection of fresh and dried botanicals — cabbage, apple, sage, hops, orange peel, and pine needles. While the herbal balls steep and warm, we’ll move into the Aromatherapy Steam Room for Saunawelt’s Salt & Honey Peel, gently exfoliating the skin in preparation for the ritual.

From there, we’ll gather in the Finnish sauna. The warmed herbal balls become fragrant compresses, pressed and rolled over the body in slow, circular movements. Paired with deep breathing and mindful touch, the ritual helps release tension, encourage circulation, awaken the senses, and deepen relaxation.

Your evening includes a robe, towels, herbal teas, and light nibbles.
